We have find this hotel very good. The atmosphere is comforting and the staff members are attentive and friendly. The hotelroom is clean and neat.

Every time I try to book through internet a deluxe room with full seaview balcony in the main building I get the answer that these rooms are booked. Upon arrival and during my stay I find that most of these rooms are empty. What is the mystery behind it? Are these rooms booked for imaginary virtuell guests?

Grand Jomtien Palace was a nice Hotel over many years.But at these days it has to be renovated as soon as possible as facilities are in not in the best shape as the swimming pool as well. We liked that hotel but wouldn't be back there in fact that other new hotels has already opened. The room rate of course is reasonable and the hotel still offering the best conditions at Jomtien Beach within the 1000- 1500 Baht level. So people who are looking for a low budget hotel would be very happy there.

Danke, ich hatte schoene Tage im Pattaya Park Beach Resort. Im grossen und ganzen war es ein reibungsloser Urlaub. Plus: Hotel Management war entgegenkommend. Meine Freundin hatte im Haus 2 gebucht und ich im Haus 1. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde ohne Probleme durchgefuehrt. Minus: Meine Freundin hatte den Safeschluessel verloren. Die Gebuehr dafuer fand ich recht hoch! Empfehlung: Baden auf der Insel Koh Lahrn.

In first the standard room are not very well because there are much lizard in the room. We didn't know that the room were in the principal building. We have must change the room for one in the building. The breakfast is not enough various for a long stay. The porter are not pleasant. In have read the hotel is near the center but by taxi and not by walking as writing in your facilities. The staff of the reception and for the room are complaisant.

We have reserve a room with a double bed 6 months before our holidays and we have had twin bed. We have had an other room 3 days after but with difficulties.

The hotel is getting a bit tired but is still good value for the money.I have used this hotel before and the main reason is its location which is excellent.The air cons are getting old and noisy and the carpets and fittings are due for a change but all in all if you are not too fussy a person the hotel is not too bad.

Fine,except that my wife and I requested a room with a queen bed and ocean facing but unfortunately we got twin beds ocean facing for three nights and a queen bed rear of the hotel for the balance of our stay.I understand the hotel was very busy so these things happen.

I was disgusted to find that there is a two tier pricing structure for the restaurants in the tower. One for thai's and one for others. This is not mentioned anywhere. They do not even list it on the window for payment. It is not the money as i could afford the difference, but the principal they the hotel is afraid to disclose it.
I travel around 250 nights a year and have not found a hotel yet that provided two tier pricing on food without disclosure.
The management of the hotel are total cowards and refused to discuss the matter with me when I spoke to the F & B manager in working hours about it. I invited management to meet or call me. They would not even make contact. I did complete the customer "lack of satisfaction " form. The management of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired with rubbish on the ground in the same place day after day and no pride of ownership in the hotel staff.
The hotel discribes itself as luxurious. It may have been built that way, but it certainly is not today.
Gardens were not tended, windows in the restaurant were filthy, bird crap on the light fittings inside. This could be a very nice property with minimum effort, but not under the current "dont care management".

Can u imagine a hotel that charges foreigners extra to eat in its tower restaurant. Substantially extra!!!! This place does.
It needs a make over as a hotel and is very tired, but the views are nice and the water park shown in the pics is at additional price.

My family and I had such a good time during our stay at Royal Cliff Beach hotel.
The hotel's rooms were nice and clean. Hotel facilities had been well maintained and in exellent condition. The hotel's staffs were polite and very helpful.

Privacy exists in this nice hotel... family-oriented in a quiet place. Have a nice large swimming pool next to the beach. Beach is not crowded and have privacy which does no need to go across the road like in Pattaya and jomtien. Should separate the buildings or rows of the rooms such as left rows of rooms are for smoking while right rows rooms are non-smoking. should not mix or adjoining to each other. Need to improve service in breakfast time. some food items were not available who show up after 08:00. Torn Bath rooms towels should not be provided to the guests and need to replace with a new ones.
