 THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, SPACIOS,CLEAN, GRATE GARDEN AND VERY GRATE BEACH.
THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL LOCATED.NEAR BY ARE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS.
THERE WAS A VERY NICE SHOW ON SUNDAY.
THE STAFF ON THE RESTAURANTS OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY KIND AND GAVE A VERY GOOD SERVICE.
WE ENJOYED THERE VERY VERY MUCH AND RECOMEND IT.
ALTHOUGH:
THE RECEPTIONIST WERENT VERY KIND.
WE ALSO HAD PROBLEM WITH THE TOILET IN THE DAY OF ARRIVING AND HAD TO BE VERY INSISTIVE IN ORDER TO HAD THE TOILET FIXED.
THE BEACH GARDS WERE NOT NICE AT ALL AND KEPT BEACH CHAIRS THAT WERE VERY CLOSE TO THE WATER, FOR MONEY(BRIBE), FOR PEOPLE THAT WERE NOT GUEST IN THE HOTEL AND DIDNT ALLOWED THE GUEST TO SEET THERE.

 A very nice hotel. But there was a lot of work going on which made the place extremely noisy. We had to complain abou this noise to the hotel. The service was superb and the people extremely warm and friendly. The front desk (esp. one lady who names I forget who checked us in on 15 Dec to our room) were excellent. We will definately come back again for a stay once the work is complete and will recommend this hotel to our friends as well.

Amy did a fabulous job in helping us. My only complaint was that we should have been advised on the repair work going on. Also we had to switch rooms when we checked in from the open pool room to the jacuzzi room as the weather was quite cold. We could have been advised about this and saved some money as we moved to a cheaper room but did not get any refund. But we would still recomend your site to our friends.

 It was located on the centre of Chaweng . Many Restaurants and bars are within the reach of the resort. Staffs are friendly and helpful. For the price, it is value for money. I will return again to this lovely resort

 We have spent 4 nights in the Nora Villa. Beautifully designed villas & landscape. Well-designed pool area is very beautiful. The staffs are friendly and very attentive. breakfast is great. you will be wonderful to stay there. A 5* service. We recommend this hotel to every one.
