The Harry bungalows are very nice like in paradise. The rooms are clean ( every day). In the restaurant you can eat averry good Thai-food and the service was so friendly. When we come to Thailand again, we book in Harry`s again. Thank`s to the team of Harry bungalows.

disappointed with standard bungalow accomodation-more basic than shown on web page. breakfast also disappointing in selection and tables always appeared soiled.hotel rooms were very nice. unhappy that the accomodation we had actually booked here several months ago wasnt actually available for first 2 nights so had to be moved! wouldnt recccomend this resort.

We really did enjoy our stay at th aChaweng Buri Resort. The only thing that let it down was a regular customer, who as advised by the staff has been coming for many years. This customer was permanently drunk and abusive. He became a problem to both staff and customers. Because of this we never stayed at the hotel for our evening meal.We did complain to reception regarding this customer but they seemed to value his custom more. This man stays at the resort for many weeks therefore i would not recomend any friends to stay at Chaweng Buri Resort in case this man is there, receiving his usual pampering! I doubt this man can spend so much money that staff a prepared to risk the hotels reputation?????

This is an excellent hotel, quiet and secluded hotel with first class accomodation and freindly management and staff who go out of their way to assist. We stayed in Villa 233, very close to pool and sea. We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year holiday with our 4 year old son. The spa facilities and pool are excellent. Our son was able to stand and swim in two of the three pools. The New Year's eve Gala Dinner was not cheap but worth the price. TIdes were unusally high which resulted in quite a narrow beach (only one metre wide at times). We were able to swim safely in the sea but this hotel would not suit a familly seeking a traditional beach holiday. There are free hotel cars / minibuses to Chaweng Beach for those who want to take advantage of this very busy and popular resort. The hotel restaurant offers a good quality buffet breakfast, eggs cooked to order, and a fairly extensive menue (western and thai food) for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, though food is not of the highest international quality for very discerning or critcal tastes. Staff are well trained and eager to please. Evening entertainment ( alternate duo and trio) were charming. Other guests mainly Western European, pleasant couples and families. Gardens are well maintained with beautiful flowers I would highly recommend this resort to those seeking a realxing holiday in a truly beautiful environment. It is a lovely as it appears in the photos.

FABULOUS!!!!!!! had a wonderful time. Rooms clean and spacious....beautiful setting and fantastic service - nothing was too much trouble for anyone. A quick walk to central party area but far enough away that you could escape the noise if you want to. Very much recommended

Having booked on the internet, knowing nothing at all about Koh Samui, I am so glad I chose to stay at the Nora. My 14 nights there were wonderful, very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it. I can't believe it is only 2 years old as the gardens are so lush and beautiful. My hotel room was quite spacious, sprinkled with frangipani here and there, and maybe only lacked a DVD player. The staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every morning I ate way too much of their great breakfast buffet in the open air restaurant right on the beach watching the sun rise... bliss! If you want 'boom boom' music and lots of bar type activity, Nora probably isn't the place to go as it is at the northernmost end of Chaweng Beach, around the headland from the very busy main area where it looks like everyone is packed like sardines on the beach! However, every day I walked about 30 minutes along the beach (very leisurely and pleasant) into the main street, and every night I took another walk as it is really pretty all lit up with candles. By taxi (100 baht) or songthaew (50 baht) this would be maybe 5-6 minutes, so really you are as close or as far away as you want to be in terms of 'action'. If I had one criticism, it would be that there are no specific non-smoking areas, and coming from Australia, I am not used to being wreathed in foul cigarette smoke while I am eating or having a coffee. This is not, however, a specific criticism of the Nora as clearly the cultural shift away from smoking has not yet reached Thailand generally. Forgot to mention, the pool is very nice, so nice that I even took photos of it!

The Lakeside Residence is without doubt the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. I was booked for 6 nights and checked out after 3 nights despite the hotel being pre-payed. The hotel windows are frosted glass so no view , the hotel also had no control over rowdy guests coming in at all hours , doors slamming , arguments and fighting . Absolutely impossible to get a decents nights sleep. Use the reservation service on this website by all means ,no problem there , just DO NOT stay at this hotel !!!! I only give a rating of 1 because 0 is not available .

Very good resort. The resort is situated on a quiet part on Chaweng beach. Serviceminded staff that brings you cool towels and fruit on the beach. Rooms are very nice, cleaning several times each day, snacks provided each day. If you are planning to stay on Chaweng I recommend Buri rasa village.

to put it short: wonderful picturesque location at the quiet northern beach of samui. ideal place for honeymooners and couples. very clean and with all temporary luxury (the resort only opened a year ago). all villas are spacy and fully equipped (air con, hair dryer, coffee making facilities, fridge, ...) equal to (even more expensive) resorts on samui, we checked out some others and did not a second regret staying at ban laem sai.

very friendly and helpfull. breakfast got a bit boring but found that it was enough for me to eat. beach was great clean and tidy. i would stay at this resort again. had to move from superior bugalow to deluxe as i found that to be more comfortable. would have no hesitation in recommeding to family and friends.

The location is not in the center but yet not so far from it. Simple bungalows, but very clean and the staff is very friendly. The poll is big and clean, breakfasts are ok and the place has its own beach.
