Really friendly staff and computer with Internet in each room in the suite. I would recommend to families on a budget.

Wurden pünklich am flughafen mit blumenkranz abgeholt.Das hotel ist total nett,das personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das frühstück war die ersten tage in buffetform,die beiden letzten tage nur mehr alla carte,was schade war.Leider waren die liegen und der strand sehr vernachlässigt,alte total verdreckte liegen.Zimmer gut ausgestattet,hatten gardenview zimmer.Leider würde der badezimmerteppich nie ausgewechselt auch nicht auf anfrage,was wohl auch an sprachproblemen lag. Würde das hotel wieder buchen.Note 3 von 10 wenn 1 höchstnote ist.

Person at front desk was a little inefficient to begin with and was not aware of the type of booking that we had. Room was fine. We were in 207, workman were constantly going in and out of room 204 watching tv and making cups of tea and sitting outside smoking, this was off putting and interrupted our privacy. 2nd villa 711 the lights in the pool were rusted and coming out. Perhaps it would be nice to have access to more than the designated two bottles of water supplied each day by the hotel. Once you exceed this you have to pay to drink the water. Breakfast was terrible, dirty environment and too hot - no a/c also staff always seemed miserable and to not know what they were doing. This hotel in our opinion was no where near 5 star and we would not recommend it to anyone or come there again.

Stayed one night, I had the best and only bath in 4 months, nice balconies overlooking the sea, charged me 300baht to go to airport to catch the 6 o'clock early morning flight. Its less than 10 mins drive! There is express laundry nearby the Buddha pier as hotel takes 24hours to do it. Electric hot water flask in room was a nice touch. Small swimming pool by road was clean with sun loungers. Restaurant is situated across the road on the beach.

It was a wonderful place with good service,good food, nice beach and quiet environment. Some comment which you may like to investigate and if possible to improve : 1. Lots of tiny ants in the hotel room and restaurant 2. No escalator or lift for 5 story building Overall is consider quite a nice place which I would like to stay(new building) in my next visit to Koh Samui.

this is a frustrating place to stay. the only part of the complex that had people in it was the hotel block with dark hot poky rooms with no view. when commenting to the desk staff that no one appeared to be staying in the stunning spacious cottages we were told they were full. even when we bought another room to get a bit more comfort (Three in total ) the only available rooms were in" our ' block. during our 5 day stay we did not see a single person in the10 to 15 cottages .the desk staff were generally obstructive and lacking the helpfulness and care we got in Phuket .pools ok breakfast good.wouldn't go back.

The "Free House" is a relaxed place with friendly staff. There is a beach side bar / restaurant where they serve tasty food for a fair price. You can also hang around at the bar a have some good drinks. The bungalows are decent and clean. The prices are fair and the place is always worth to consider when coming to Koh Samui. Hint: Go for the bungalows with air con!

Beautiful resort, very good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. A little off the beaten track which was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach with a pool and hammocks and plenty of spa treatments to indulge in. A real taste of Thailand with generous hospitality.

Hotel is fantastic and ideal place to relax. Staff are very friendly and helpful through days and nights. Hotel facilities are excellent. However only one restaurant in a resort at this class do not give enough choice for dinning. Bars closure at 8:00 pm is somehow strange and leaves you with the only choice of going to town for couple of evening drinks. But generally we were a group of 12 people and had wonderful time there.

Staying there was just great. All the staff was very polite and did everything that was possible for us to make us feel comfortable. The facilities were also good. I can say that everything was fine except for your restaurant. Not the service, because it was really good, but the food. The first night that we arrived, we ate at the beach area, fish, but was served cold, and when I ordered a hamburger, it was raw inside. It's only the restaurant that needs maybe to be organized better. I would recommend you Hotel always to other people, We really enjoyed our stay with you, and if we return to Koh Samui, we will book with you again, because all of you were very kind and helpful. Hope to see you in the near future.

Vi hade f?tt uppfattningen via webben att hotellet l?g l?ngst norrut p? Chaweng beach men det visade sig ligga precis nedenf?r Chaweng och d?rmed l?ngst norrut p? n?sta strand, Chaweng Noi (Lilla Chaweng). Vi ville bo i ett lugnt omr?de d?r man inte st?rdes av partyglada m?nniskor halva n?tterna. I det h?nseendet var det alldeles utm?rkt l?ge. Chaweng Noi var dessutom en mycket bra strand att sola och bada p?. Inte speciellt m?nga f?rs?ljare var d?r heller. N?r vi ville handla frukt eller mat av strandf?rs?ljarna gick vi bara till s?dra kanten p? Chaweng d?r brukade flera av dem vila i skuggan s? d?r hittade vi oftast det vi ville ha. Utbudet av kv?llsaktiviteter var dock begr?nsat i den ?ndan av Chaweng men det ?r ju enkelt att ta en pickupptaxi/buss eller vad de nu ?r. Enkel resa kostade 50 bath/pers l?ngs hela chaweng, dock m?sta man kolla det med chaff?ren f?r att slippa bli bl?st. De flesta var nog chysta i vilket fall som helst. Hotellet var rent och servicen var bra. Maten i den egna restaurangen var helt okej. Frukosten var den b?sta vi fick p? hela resan (bodde p? tv? andra st?llen i thailand under denna resa). Att ?ta middag p? hotellet var kanske mest tr?kigt p? grund av att det var f? som gjorde det och att det var samma upptr?dande de flesta kv?llar.

Staff was friendly. The room did not look as nice as the pictures on the website. We booked the executive suite. We looked at the corner suite but it did not have a shower. The suite furniture and decor was a little out-dated. The shower pressure was nice but the water temperature fluctuated between comfortable and steaming hot. The cleaning staff was fine. We would have enjoyed a larger menu. The buffet breakfast was great but towards the end of our stay in was not ready prior to 7 am when we left for the day. The view was great and it was quite quiet and relaxing throughout the stay. We rented a motorbike so traveling from the hotel to the beach was not a problem. Next time, we would move to a hotel closer to the beach as there are unlimited newer hotels opening up everywhere. Not a hotel if you wish to meet people and socialize. The only nightlife is at the strip along the beach.

The boy and I loved the resort! It was a perfect place to kick back and relax after trekking around India and Nepal for a month. ALL the staff were wonderful, very helpful and full of smiles. I wanted to treat Brett to a romantic bath with candles and cocktails one night, and the lovely girl on reception even helped pick flowers to sprinkle in the bath. The rooms are stunning and we hope to replicate the design in a house of our own one day! The atmosphere was wonderful and I would encourage anyone venturing to Koh Samui to visit Jasmine.

We were placed in a room at the back close to the road. Even though some others empty. I think one must have to stay there several times to get the special attention they keep talking about. Taxi from hotel we had to flag on down in the rain and night time. A resort should be able to provide this service, but no. Rooms substandard and very very dark. Beds ok, toilets ok. Breakfast was not bad. Pool is useless for any serious lap exercise very shallow at the one end. Europeans get up early to set there towels on the deck chairs and then go back to bed. Beach and swimming is a joke, no way would I even wade in these undertow waters. The staff friendly enough but nobody went the extra mile. our taxi was not at the airport and we had to arrive in an old beat up van we hired. The taxi to Lamai or Chawang is expensive and over the few days we were there my bills very high 4000 Baht. We like lamai and will stay in town next time we visit. There is nothing to keep you at the hotel so always flagging down taxis. We will not stay there again, but I think it is ok for some others. ps. We waited three hours to get into our room on arival. This I don't understand, so we got off to a bad start.
