Ratings: 3/10 for Natural Wing Spa & Resort, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Note 3 von 10 wenn 1 höchstnote ist.

Ratings: 1/10 for Baiyoke Suite Hotel, Bangkok Reservation Review:

Baiyoke Suite HotelI am Sorry but there is absolutely nothing nice I can say about the service or the room at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel. A dingy, smelly, old fashioned room that badly needed a refurbish. There was no air flow at all and in the bathroom you couldn't close the door it was so poky and airless and you only just had enough room to dry yourself in. My advice is to steer clear of staying in this place. The area is good for shopping so try the Indra I heard they have recently renovated. As far as the service or friendliness goes don't expect any what so ever from this Accomodation. I dont think any one from the dining rooms, through to reception know how to give customer service of any sort. My advice stay some where else.

Ratings: 9/10 for Central Cottage, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Central CottageWe absolutly loved Central Cottage and would certainly go back again. We stayed in the deluxe beach bungalow right on the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. The staff were all very friendly, especially the waitresses at the restaurant. The food was great and really reasonably priced too and there was a great atmosphere.

Ratings: 6/10 for Drop In Club Resort & Spa, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Drop In Club Resort & Spaupon arrival the hotel said that they didn't have any twin bedrooms left..not a good start...after a bit of a discussion, they put in a single bed which consisted of a matress and a sheet..the sheet to cover yourself was a large beach towel.....i was quite disappointed but after travelling for a while, my mate and i just wanted to have a shower and get on with the partying...evrything else in the hotel was ok. I hate wet-rooms because they take ages to dry and that was what our bathroom was. The pool was dirty the first couple of days but they seemed to be trying to sort it out - i didn't want to catch anything so didn't bother to even try it. Overall this was probably one of the best hotels on the island, but it's so over-priced compared to what you can get in Bangkok, but i suppose that's what the going rate is in Koh Phangan. A good trip, but there are much cheaper hotels which would be better value for money.

Ratings: 8/10 for Coral Bungalow, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Coral BungalowExcellent facilities ie, pool, bar, restaurant, scooters, internet, friendly staff and fantastic party atmosphere. Rooms are clean but basic, but if you're not spending much time in them it doesn't matter, and hot (warm) water a bit intermittent, make sure you read the info in rooms as you can get clean towels and sheets etc when needed, but you have to exchange them... Good location (away from full moon but still walking distance) and for the room rate it is good value for money for facilities and atmosphere. CORAL BUNGALOW DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!

Slow to respond at first and had to keep trying but once in the system we had no worries, payment was safe and print or keep a copy of the details at time of confirmation for ease of processing at arrival.

Ratings: 6/10 for Best Western Ban Ao Nang Resort, Krabi Reservation Review:

Best Western Ban Ao Nang ResortHotel rooms were OK. The airconditioning failed sometimes and at times we had no hot water. We were in the off-season (July) and management seemed to use that time for maintenance and reconstructions. The dinner restaurant was under construction and not available. Neither was there a bar to meet people. When we suggested that the breakfast and lunch restaurant should be used for diner as well, the management followed the suggestion. The food was reasonable but nothing special. Since there are so many other good restaurants within walking distance, we never went again. Breakfast was only avergae and there were lots of wasps. We would look for another place next time.

Reservation process was OK.
Ratings: 6/10 for Best Western Ban Ao Nang Resort, Krabi Reservation Review:

Best Western Ban Ao Nang ResortJuly appeared to be the off-season, in which the hotel management decided to rebuild the restaurant. That meant that we could have breakfast and lunch, but no dinner, because the evening restaurant had been closed. When we suggested to use use the lunch restaurant for dinner as well, the idea was adopted the same day, but no guests came, obviously. We felt rather guilty, so we booked a table. The food was reasonable but nothing special, and us being the only guests, the evening was one not to remember. So the hotel was OK, nothing fancy, the rooms were OK, the people were nice. Krabi was nice. Made for tourists who don't want the hedonistic adventures you find in places like Puhket.

Ratings: 7/10 for The Cliff Ao Nang Resort, Krabi Reservation Review:

The Cliff Ao Nang ResortWe felt the hotel was a bit tired and in need of some overhaul. It was also a little further from the beach than we thought. The food was excellent as were all the staff. Without them we think the hotel would have been a bit of a dissapointment. On saying all of that for the price we paid we thought it was good value for money. We loved Krabi. Again you staff are amazing!!

Ratings: 1/10 for Lanta Nakara Resort, Krabi Reservation Review:

Lanta Nakara ResortThis hotel should NOT have been open during the time of our stay. We had a barely adequate bungalow that was one of two that were fenced off from the construction taking place. The pool was unuseable, the food was horrible-except for the fruit served at breakfast), the road was sometime inpassable. We heard construction noises including rebar being sawed into pieces while we were trying to each our fruit plates each morning. The staff seemed to know they should not be having guests at this time, or maybe they were just unfriendly and unknowlegable. This was our only bad experience during our three weeks in Thailand. I wrote the "resort" after our return yet did not hear back from them. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Ratings: 2/10 for Patong Beach Hotel, Phuket Reservation Review:

Patong Beach HotelThe Patong Beach Hotel website is very informative and also provides some impressive photos of the rooms and facilities available. Regretfully, my stay was less than comfortable and a let down overall. The room was quite small and dirty to say the least. The room I chose had a balcony jacuzzi facing the beach front - the website stated this was private, this was definitely not the case. The level which had the 6 rooms in total with balcony jacuzzi were all in a line - there was no privacy; each room could walk from their balcony to each of the other 5 rooms balcony's with the jacuzzi in full view. Think about trying to have a moment with a partner on your own balcony, with the guests adjoining looking on... this was a big let down, especially as the space for the balcony and jacuzzi matched that of the total room floor space. The rooms on the floor above could clearly look down into the jacuzzi as well. Not good enough for nearly $200 AUS a night. After the first night, my partner both found we had been bitten by bed bugs - both of us are still mending from these. The staff were polite and assisting when required. The location was convenient for the main entertainment area of Patong Beach, however the music playing at the Banana Disco was unrelenting even with the Hotel over 100metres from the beachfront. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Patong Beach.

Ratings: 5/10 for Coral Bungalow, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Coral Bungalowthe staff running the facility were excellent. the view was exceptional, but i thought i paid for a bungalow and was placed in an apartment-like room, which was awful. i did find a cockroach in my bathroom, but was able to get it outside. despite this, i really enjoyed my stay on Koh Phangan.

Ratings: 6/10 for Buri Tara Resort, Krabi Reservation Review:

Buri Tara ResortA problem with the drainage system is what I think the hotel knows well. The bath tub could not be used or else the drained water will come out from every other draining point, lead to dirty bathroom. Have to wait until it dried out. This is because of too small draining pipeline I think. I try to tell them to fix if the drain point is plugged or not but they refuse. At the day of check out I think I should tell them before leaving so this will not happen to others, and they tell me they know this, it's because of the construction. I could not believe this.

Vimarn Samut ResortThe location is a bit far from the full moon party, but it's a nice place to stay for the full moon. The room's nice and acceptable apart from no TV and fridge in the room. The service was fantastic and friendly, also the food was good.
