I am Sorry but there is absolutely nothing nice I can say about the service or the room at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel. A dingy, smelly, old fashioned room that badly needed a refurbish. There was no air flow at all and in the bathroom you couldn't close the door it was so poky and airless and you only just had enough room to dry yourself in. My advice is to steer clear of staying in this place. The area is good for shopping so try the Indra I heard they have recently renovated.
As far as the service or friendliness goes don't expect any what so ever from this Accomodation. I dont think any one from the dining rooms, through to reception know how to give customer service of any sort. My advice stay some where else.

Very good hotel, brand new, very nice pool, little bit small but well designed. Just one thing, staff at the reception must be little more patient with the clients, I find them little bit tense, close to be impolite. Little bit far to the SKY TRAIN. The Taximeters in front of the hotel are alway trying to charge you more than the normal price, you have to insist to have the taximeter on. Otherwise you have to walk at the end of the street, far from the hotel to get a normal Taxi. Otherwise, the standing of the hotel is very good for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to ask how we enjoyed your hotel. The room was fine except the cold water tap on the bath/shower ran hot so we couldn't take a shower we had to fill the bath and wait for the water to cool down. We also requested a double bed but were told you only had a room with two singles. The breakfast was fine except they ran out of bacon and i had to ask twice and then wait 15 minutes by which time my wife had finished hers and was ready to go shopping. The pool was lovely it's a shame though that the tower wing pool was not in use. Next time we visit Thailand we probably would stay at your hotel again but would book a cheaper room.

Hotel was very modern inside, and very clean and tidy. A nice touch to the rooms was the complimentary tea/coffee inside.. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was that taxi drivers didn't appear to know where it was, despite having the address in Thai shown to them. The room we were in (222) was a bit noisy as it was close to the main road, but on the whole, ok.

Great hotel with excellent service, good size rooms and well set out with the 2 bedroom family suite that we used. Prices are cheaper than the areas in the main business area but still a first class hotel. Situated conveniently between the Silom area and the Grand palace area. Will stay there again.

excellent hotel, service is great, breakfast the best I have seen, tours desk very good, live music in the bar every night and a very good cafe and gym facilities. Downside...too far from the town centre but the tube is on the doorstep but nothing within walking distance. For a peaceful rest away from the hustle of inner city this is a must.

Understated but idyllic boutique hotel in a very pleasant part of central Bangkok, 5 minute from Ari station. Imagine if Frida Kahlo had designed a hotel in Ibiza and that's what Reflection Rooms is like. Chilled atmosphere, helpful staff, beautiful pool/bar/restaurant that will keep your attention from 6pm - midnight. The rooms are all different and for this reason you feel you discovered a real gem - keep it out of L Planet please.

Hotel location is good. Right in the centre of the garment wholesale area. Only hitch is the room. The room is spacious however the furnishing is really old and smelly. It has some kind of a misty odor. Probably the carpet. I wish they remove the carpet and leave the floor bare with natural tile. I have to buy a couple of air refresher to get rid of the smelly odor. It didn't work. After a long hard day from tour and shopping I drag myself to go back to the room. I would not recommend this hotel not unless they refurbish the room and get rid of the old carpet. The breakfast was good except it get bored if they serve the same menu everyday. We found a Muslim restaurant near the hotel. This is really convenient if you a are a Muslim. Other than that the hotel service is good and the employee are helpful.
