Ratings: 1/10 for Lakeside Residence, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Lakeside ResidenceThe Lakeside Residence is without doubt the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. I was booked for 6 nights and checked out after 3 nights despite the hotel being pre-payed. The hotel windows are frosted glass so no view , the hotel also had no control over rowdy guests coming in at all hours , doors slamming , arguments and fighting . Absolutely impossible to get a decents nights sleep. Use the reservation service on this website by all means ,no problem there , just DO NOT stay at this hotel !!!! I only give a rating of 1 because 0 is not available .

Ratings: 9/10 for Buri Rasa Village, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Buri Rasa VillageVery good resort. The resort is situated on a quiet part on Chaweng beach. Serviceminded staff that brings you cool towels and fruit on the beach. Rooms are very nice, cleaning several times each day, snacks provided each day. If you are planning to stay on Chaweng I recommend Buri rasa village.

Ratings: 9/10 for Ban Laem Sai Beach Resort & Spa, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Ban Laem Sai Beach Resort & Spato put it short: wonderful picturesque location at the quiet northern beach of samui. ideal place for honeymooners and couples. very clean and with all temporary luxury (the resort only opened a year ago). all villas are spacy and fully equipped (air con, hair dryer, coffee making facilities, fridge, ...) equal to (even more expensive) resorts on samui, we checked out some others and did not a second regret staying at ban laem sai.

Ratings: 8/10 for Chaweng Cove Resotel, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Chaweng Cove ResotelThe location is not in the center but yet not so far from it. Simple bungalows, but very clean and the staff is very friendly. The poll is big and clean, breakfasts are ok and the place has its own beach.

Ratings: 5/10 for Muang Samui Spa Resort, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Muang Samui Spa ResortI don't usually write comments on hotels. But everything is so perfect with this one that I feel unfair not to mention a word on how happy I was with it. This is so far one of the best accommodation we had. Elegant decoration, friendly staff and impeccable service. Ideal location with everything in hand, lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Yet once inside the resort, you can enjoy the calm and green atmosphere. away from all the noise. We did our right choice, and enjoyed every bit of it. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to the Royal Suite. Definitely considering returning to this hotel if going again to Koh Samui, despite being a little more expensive than some others.

Ratings: 7/10 for Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Pavilion Samui Boutique ResortFantastic rooms but the atmosphere was not as nice as our previous stay two years ago. We found that the European (Italian especially) seemed to be rude and demanding of the staff without giving any consideration to guests of other nationalities in the resort. Your staff are lovely but completely overlooked us as the European guests were very demanding and this did result in us feeling ignored. I think the resort has also now become too large for such a small pool which needs expanding. Despite your lovely staff and rooms we would probably choose a different resort next time

Ratings: 3/10 for Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Pattaya Reservation Review:

Pattaya Park Beach ResortI was disgusted to find that there is a two tier pricing structure for the restaurants in the tower. One for thai's and one for others. This is not mentioned anywhere. They do not even list it on the window for payment. It is not the money as i could afford the difference, but the principal they the hotel is afraid to disclose it. I travel around 250 nights a year and have not found a hotel yet that provided two tier pricing on food without disclosure. The management of the hotel are total cowards and refused to discuss the matter with me when I spoke to the F & B manager in working hours about it. I invited management to meet or call me. They would not even make contact. I did complete the customer "lack of satisfaction " form. The management of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired with rubbish on the ground in the same place day after day and no pride of ownership in the hotel staff. The hotel discribes itself as luxurious. It may have been built that way, but it certainly is not today. Gardens were not tended, windows in the restaurant were filthy, bird crap on the light fittings inside. This could be a very nice property with minimum effort, but not under the current "dont care management".

Reservation process worked well. The hotel could learn from your efficiency.
Ratings: 5/10 for Pattaya Park Beach Resort, Pattaya Reservation Review:

Pattaya Park Beach ResortCan u imagine a hotel that charges foreigners extra to eat in its tower restaurant. Substantially extra!!!! This place does. It needs a make over as a hotel and is very tired, but the views are nice and the water park shown in the pics is at additional price.

Ratings: 9/10 for Samui Park Resort, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Samui Park ResortVery nice hotel with a huge swimming pool. Clean, with friendly people. Good restaurant but prefer thai food to western food. Big rooms very comfortable with a nice balcony. Not far away from lamai beach center (15 minutes walking).

Ratings: 9/10 for Napasai Samui Island, Koh Samui Reservation Review:

Napasai Samui IslandGreat resort. Beachfront villas are definitely the best. Staff extremely friendly. Very good food and drinks. One of the best pools around. Great to have private beach, though doesn' tlook great with low tide and coral / rocks everywhere. Great atmosphere which keeps away the feeling of overcrowdness and excess development, which is seen through out the island.

Ratings: 8/10 for Phanganburi Resort & Spa, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Phanganburi Resort & SpaOverall my stay at Phangan Buri was very good - the staff were friendly and the food and breakfast was of a good quality. The only problem I had was with the shower - absolutely no pressure at all - but overall, a great stay. Koh Phangan is a beautiful island (particularly once the full moon party is over)..

Ratings: 7/10 for Vimarn Samut Resort, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Vimarn Samut ResortWe were quite satisfied considering the price. The bed was a bit hard and they're could have been more of a blanket but the breakfast was very good and the shuttle to the center added great value to our stay. Our thanks to the staff who were very friendly!

Ratings: 9/10 for Central Cottage, Koh Phangan Reservation Review:

Central CottageWe arrived at central cottage at night time so we were unable to get a good feel of what it was like. In the morning we were ecstatic to find our hut was cosy with a brilliant mosquito net, and right on the beach! The staff were lovely, we liked it so mich we extended our stay another 5 days!

Ratings: 9/10 for Koh Chang Kacha Resort & Spa, Koh Chang Reservation Review:

Koh Chang Kacha Resort & SpaExcellent location in the middle of main road. Service was good and personal. Staff was always smiling and very helpful. They even organized a private tour around the island as original plans did not work out. I loved it all and will be going back sometime..

Ratings: 8/10 for P. P. Erawan Palms Resort, Krabi Reservation Review:

P. P. Erawan Palms ResortThe hotel is nice. The bungalows are not really freestanding bungalows, but rather rooms in one-storey houses. This is a bit misleading, particularly given that in many places you get a real bungalow. The restaurant quality is not outstanding, but there are other eating options nearby if you want to spend more. All in all it's decent value for money and recommendable.
