Excellent Hotel. Bungalows new and kept immaculate. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for the girls on reception to do for you. Great pool. Lamai far nicer than Chaweng. I have no hesitations in recommending Mango Village, I had a very relaxing time there.

I sent an e-mail b/4 asking about cats fooling around there 'cause my wife has panic about them, then I rcvd a message saying that long time they don't have cats, but is not true, they have cats in all places specially breakfast time or dinner time, that for us is unaccepatable! Poor quality on the bathroom. We had dinner ala carte that was very good, also breakfast good. Swimming pool good and attendants are ok, except for the girl on the "tourism service" that she was fantastic and gentle, her name is Mel. I was dissapointed with the beach service and specially for the chairs there, chairs broken, dirty and no sunshade available. Overall, we can say that was so so and if we come back to KohSamui we will not stay there.

Really pleased with the frendly service, atmosphere, the setup, the location and especially the Breakfast every morning. Only thing that I can tell you to improve is the leaking bathroom roof. Apart from that great experience.

The hotel is in good shape. But you can t say the hotel is a spa hotel . cause the spa in the hotel area was so closed. Yes, you could have some massage but you can have massage in every hotel. And the staff in the restaurant was very lazy. But anyway the hotel is one of the better choice in this area.

We have extended our stay. The sea view was quite amazing.. I would like to enjoy it again.. The staffs were friendly and understandable. It is nice to recharge yourself.

I've stayed here a few times on business and I've always found the rooms and facilities to be fantastic value for money. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for a cheaper, more chilled out alternative to some of the larger chain hotels in Bangkok whilst not wanting to completely slum it, then the Silom Serene is ideal. In terms of location, its only about a 5 minute walk to Sala Daeng Skytrain station. A word of warning though, if you're trying to get to the hotel by Taxi, you may need to have the address written in Thai as on each occasion I've stayed there, the taxi driver had no idea where it was!

lovely hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the place is very chilled out and right on the beach with lovely views. the restaurant was very good. a bit of a walk on land from Hat Rin but it is easily reached by the beach.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE, SPACIOS,CLEAN, GRATE GARDEN AND VERY GRATE BEACH. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE HOTEL IS VERY WELL LOCATED.NEAR BY ARE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. THERE WAS A VERY NICE SHOW ON SUNDAY. THE STAFF ON THE RESTAURANTS OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY KIND AND GAVE A VERY GOOD SERVICE. WE ENJOYED THERE VERY VERY MUCH AND RECOMEND IT. ALTHOUGH: THE RECEPTIONIST WERENT VERY KIND. WE ALSO HAD PROBLEM WITH THE TOILET IN THE DAY OF ARRIVING AND HAD TO BE VERY INSISTIVE IN ORDER TO HAD THE TOILET FIXED. THE BEACH GARDS WERE NOT NICE AT ALL AND KEPT BEACH CHAIRS THAT WERE VERY CLOSE TO THE WATER, FOR MONEY(BRIBE), FOR PEOPLE THAT WERE NOT GUEST IN THE HOTEL AND DIDNT ALLOWED THE GUEST TO SEET THERE.

Unfortunately we weren't able to come stay with you due to the hurricanes at the time. However, you kindly refunded the 3 nights we'd book less admin charges which was very decent of you. Another hotel on Koh Tao would only refund 1 out of 3 nights which I find unacceptable under the circumstances - boats were sinking and people were kileed - my agency in Switzerland will no longer book with them! So, once again - thankyou for taking care of us even if we didn't make it to Koh Phangan - we will certainly recommend you and stay with you when we come to Thailand next time in better weather!.....Best - Brian Watkins

The swimming pool and the grounds area wonderful and the pool restaurant is lovely. The setting is beautiful and the village & beach is good. The hotel room was reasonable but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. I would however stay there again

A very nice hotel. But there was a lot of work going on which made the place extremely noisy. We had to complain abou this noise to the hotel. The service was superb and the people extremely warm and friendly. The front desk (esp. one lady who names I forget who checked us in on 15 Dec to our room) were excellent. We will definately come back again for a stay once the work is complete and will recommend this hotel to our friends as well.

When we are at the hotel, rooms were ok but in need of paint work, pool clean but wooden decking needs replacing. Staff are helpful and friendly. However, the nightclub was entertaning. It is a good hotel if you want to stay in town.

It was located on the centre of Chaweng . Many Restaurants and bars are within the reach of the resort. Staffs are friendly and helpful. For the price, it is value for money. I will return again to this lovely resort
