Thailand Hotels Discount

Myself and my fiance had a wonderful time, the rooms were very well kept and on a daily basis. We ate in the hotel for lunch and dinner on most nights, the fresh fish was great!!!!! services was great and we miss having a couple of singha!! It was a great experience so much that we spent an extra 5 nights there!!!! Thanks Wish we were back there

nice view from the Bungalow. charming and relaxing. have day party near by prior to and after full moon party. away from crowded Haad Rin Beach. Very nice owner and facilities.

We arrived in Pinnacles at lunchtime after a transfer in a dirty bus, with a friendly driver. We first had lunch and after we would take a rest in the shadow on the beach or swimmingpool. There was no free place all places were accupied, most of them only with towels and nobody there. That was not the atmosphere we would stay for 1 week, because next morning at breakfast most places where reserved again, so we decided to leave your place. As we prepaid for the whole week a small refund was not possible. So, never to Pinnacles again. We had a wonderfull stay on Samui with a bad start.

Hello We enjoyed staying at your cottages. We have some comments and suggestions to improve the staying: 1. There were not enough light in the room at the dark time. 2. The purser in the shower was low. 3. There were now way to take out the water from the bathroom floor. So thanks again and we hop to see you again in the future.

We have been very satisfied with the hotel and the service staff. Everybody was very attentive. Special thanks to giving us a changing room after we had already checked out. All in all very good. Of course, our rent car was damaged on the car park and we did not get too much help, getting the feeling the hotel did not wanted to get involved at all.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the pool, the rooms, the breakfast, everything. One thing that really left a sour taste in my mouth was the NOT SO COMPLIMENTRY WATER. In each room there are glass bottles of water with tags that say "With Compliments". Upon checking out we were charged for the BOTTLES. The people at the desk said that the water inside the bottles were free but we must pay for the glass bottles they were in. This information is very misleading and not honest at all. Especially when I could purchase my own water at the Watson's outside for half the price. If something is labelled "With Compliments" then I do not expect to be charged for it upon check out. This little delay almost made me miss my flight and thus was the only unpleasant experience at Ban Thai. Ban Thai, would have been a 10/10 for me but the dishonesty was very bitter.

Fantastic in every way. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the room was beautiful and kept very clean each day. The food and drinks were exceptional. The Buri Rasa excelled in providing attention to detail. A great trip, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very unfriendly staff. I didn't think it would be possible to come into contact with unfriendly thai people. They were awful, rude and money grabbing. The accomadation was okay although after meeting other guests we were all paying different for the same room.

Big John is a nice hotell on a quite, romantic beach. We stayed in the beachfront room and it was really nice and very close to the sea. The food and the show in the restaurant was good. Extra + for a large mirror with good lightening and electricity outlet in the hallway. We also tried the hotelmassage and it was good. The service was ok.

I really enjoyed my stay here as it was close to the beach & had good facillities. Although I like to eat out I have to reccommend the seafood available on the premises. Also the chill out area where the movies are shown is another nice feature. My only reccommendation would be to take the limit off the aircon as I found 18o.C atill a little warm sometimes.

Great new hotel, great staff, lovely fresh clean rooms. my only comments are small but relevant, food was just ok, breakfast buffet a little dissapointing and the lunch, dinner menus were pricey. Also because of the location we spent lots of money on HOTEL sourced taxis which were 4 x times more expensive than local taxis. Overall we had a great time there, I would recommend this hotel. 5*

all was very nice during our stay in the category of accomodation i selected, and sun was at rendez-vous so what to ask more! Hope they will change quickly the old bungalows. may be they can enlarge the restaurant menu. but no problem, there is a lot of choice as restaurants in the surroundings.

The hotel was beautiful and beyond my expectations. Baan hin sai is truly a hotel for honeymooners. The food was ok and could be better. Although the breakfast was good The ambience of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are well organised and the staff is also good I would go and stay there one more time. It is a truly beautiful hotel

Location of the hotel was okay. In the room, they did not provide kettle or hot water. It was quite hard to make drinks especially when there are small babies or kids staying together. Reception did not even consider of letting us take a rest for an hour after check-out time at 12pm. Other hotels we stayed did not mind givin us an hour or two.

Friendly & curteous receptionist. A value for money accomodation. However, faced some problem regarding airport drop in the shuttle bus. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Good service was provided from all hotel staff and the food was very good. Its a nice place to stay but there is no phone in the rooms and the cable television is not clear. would suggest they provide room service and telephones
