It was very enjoyable, we relaxed; would suggest that the rooms didn't actually look like the images on the internet.
Great location!
The beaches needed cleaning - wouldn't swim in the water because of all the rubbish.
The restaurant was okay, meals need more flavour.

An enjoyable stay apart from the fact that the transfer never arrived from airport to hotel on the 1st. The hotel man blamed travel agency - but I had confirmed, by email, the transfer directly with the hotel - so I lay the blame with them. Left a question mark over whether I will return to the Jasmine as the man - Nopadol - was very unfriendly and unwilling to assist. With so many other choices on the island, I would have thought "Customer Service" would have been a priority - clearly with Nopadol it is not.
That said, the accom and meals, etc were very good.

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at your resort you need to clarify the room charges for the various cabins on the internet site. We thought we had booked the front cabin facing the ocean when in fact this was not the case. Perhaps a plan showing room numbers, number of people to be accommodated and price of each cabin would help clear up any future confusion.
Overall we found the hotel to be conveniently located, friendly staff and good meals.

The hotel was excellent value for money. It isn't a fussy - pampering hotel - but ideal for the better location of Choengmon Beach - after all - this is Thailand not Mauritius!. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The gardens were beautiful - the food and drinks were great value for money. The only thing I would like to see changed is the selection of music that was repetively played every day!!!!!!! We had previosuly stayed at the Imperial Boathouse along the beach - but if we returned - we would definately stay here again.

Pros:
Excellent location, only few minutes walk to Nana station. Helpful staff service, changed my friend's room upon request for a newer refurbished room. Hotel was properly maintained and clean --> good value for money for those who do not wish to spend a bomb on accomodation. Am glad I chose this over the Ambassador, which was nearby and more pricey.
Cons:
Walls were very thin. At night/early in the morning, I can hear the elevator bell/conversations, and people staying next door walking in and out.

Simple and efficient. But I did not have the option to pick a room for 2 with a double bed in the reservation process, which is why i had to put up with 2 twin beds --> but it is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Cute little place with theyr own place at the beatueful Bophut beach. The cottage was small, but the bathroom was big and the shower good. Very friendly staff. And the food in their restaurant was AMAZING!!! I loved it:)
ps: not to central, like chaweng and Lamai beach.

A small family run hotel with a nice garden. Its tucked away from the main road so its nice and quiet.. Facilities are clean and ok for those who want to rest their feet after a long day of shopping. Its also very near the pratunam garment wholesale center - so good for business folks on a budget. The only problem is its not that known to cab drivers. Use 'pantip plaza' as a landmark in offering directions to driver.

Klong Prao Resort is very nice and clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Good service and easy to book tours etc. Good resturant with very good food. The location of the hotel is also good, near to the beach, the waterfall klong plu and some elefantfarms. We can strongly recommend this resort, certainly a place you would like to come back to.

Easy and fast.Only down side is that when booking, we were not given all the room option e.g. Villas. It would have been nice to have stayed in a villa had I seen the pictures and known more about them. Also the fact that there was more than one two-bedroom option.

The hotel accommodation was very good and clean. The service from the hotel staff was excellent although there was a slight laguage barrier. You were able to completely relax and do things at your own pace.At some other hotel in Bangkok we were constantly harassed for tours and excurtions. This was not the case at Coral Cove.We did go on one tour which was swiftly and convieniently arranged for us.Because there was no harrasment we are happy to stay at Coral Cove again.

Reservation Review: |

Couldn't fault the service, very attentive, professional and welcoming. The resort itself was very well designed and even though some building work was still in process we were hardly aware of it. The hotel beach is a bit of a joke but not really a problem as a proper beach is only a minutes walk away and very idyllic. The swimming pool could do with a few extra beds as there's plenty of room for them and the ones supplied are far too few for the number of guests. A more frequent shuttle bus service into Chaweng would be a good idea as well, the 'service' is a bit of a joke as it is.
The only real complaint we had was with the music at the pool. Every morning it would start off with very pleasant gentle thai music. Then, at around 11 would change to loud frenetic beat style rubbish that sounded like it was straight out of a go-go bar. Even asking repeatedly to at least turn it down the volume would creep back up again every time. It was impossible to relax with it going on.
