Baan Ton Nam (Doi Tung Lodge)

Doi Tung Lodge is a boutique mountain resort situated 1,000 metres above sea level. Each of its rooms offers a panoramic view of the spellbinding landscape of Doi Tung, hill-tribe villages and the ‘kingdom of a million fields’. Lush evergreen and pine forests blanket the mountain peaks. In the serenity of this highland sanctuary, the rustle of leaves and cheerful bird song soothes the spirit.

Our restaurants - “Krua Tam Nak” and “Krua Doi Tung” - proudly present a variety of Thai dishes, served with organic vegetables, homegrown and freshly picked from our cultivation plots.

Tourism constitutes a vital source of revenue for the Doi Tung Development Project and the village communities within the project area. The Lodge offers an environment in which locals are able to practice and perfect the hospitality skills they have acquired through professional vocational training, and embellished with the graceful charm of ancient Lanna.

THE GREATER MEKONG LODGE
The Greater Mekong Lodge offers 26 air-conditioned twin rooms and 13 two-bedroom bungalows, each with private shower and balcony offering a panoramic view overlooking the Mekong River. Breakfast and buffet lunch are served at an open-air restaurant. Conference facilities include a 384 sq-metre meeting room.

Doi Tung Lodge consists of two separate buildings with a total of 47 Single/Twin air-conditioned rooms with the following basic amenities: Satellite TV, refrigerator, hair-dryer and laundry services. The Lodge is 15-minutes walk from Doi Tung Royal Villa.

Other facilities within walking distance include restaurants serving local and international cuisine, Health Club/Fitness Centre, landscape gardens, Gift Shop/shopping arcade, function rooms and convention facilities, and Tour Counter. Airport transfers can also be arranged upon request.
